WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
In our team, your main objective will be to support the team in the planning, organization and execution of trade fairs, events and corporate visits. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the end-to-end management of events and trade fairs where GMV is present, from planning to post-event follow-up.
- Monitoring events and providing support in resolving operational issues.
- Managing registrations, sign-ups and accreditations.
- Coordinating and liaising with suppliers to ensure the proper execution of fairs and events.
- Identifying, sourcing and evaluating new external suppliers to guarantee quality and excellence in events.
- Managing and controlling stock of merchandising, brochures and other corporate materials.
- Coordinating shipment of materials and related logistics.
- Managing invoices and supporting the monitoring and control of payments in accordance with agreed terms.
- Drafting texts and preparing internal communications related to fairs and events.
- Coordinating office visits within the framework of corporate events or activities.
Additionally, the selected candidate will collaborate in other activities within the area, contributing to the smooth operation of the department:
- Supporting the design and management of high-level events and trade fairs with GMV’s presence.
- Collaborating in the organization of in-house and internal events.
- Providing cross-functional support to other activities within the Marketing and Communication department.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
We are looking for an organized, proactive and detail-oriented person who meets the following requirements:
- Education and/or experience in event organization and/or administrative management.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Fluent level of English (C1 or higher).
- Knowledge of and familiarity with administrative and invoicing processes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in monitoring and controlling administrative tasks.
- Basic knowledge of supplier management and coordination, as well as event-related logistics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset and strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and respond effectively to last-minute needs.
- Ability to anticipate potential issues and actively collaborate in their resolution.
- Availability and occasional flexibility during event periods (including weekends).
