Job Purpose: The Cybersecurity Analyst works on the cybersecurity posture (process, people, technology) at the Practice level, benefiting our partners and customers. This key role promotes a security-first culture at Schneider Electric while protecting and managing risks appropriately for our customers and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement and coordinate cybersecurity action plans to protect our digital footprint.
2. Raise and control cybersecurity awareness, behavior, training, and culture within the practice.
3. Manage cybersecurity incidents with stakeholders.
4. Conduct security reviews at the practice level, considering incidents, vulnerabilities, policy compliance, audits, security checks, external scoring, and remediation.
5. Establish risk assessments.
6. Ensure delivery of KPIs and dashboards.
7. Ensure compliance with Data Privacy requirements (including GDPR) and PCI regulations.
8. Oversee and control security execution of projects for our customers, considering contracts, legal, HR, IT, products, relations with customer cybersecurity representatives, standards, partners, subcontractors, project management, and virus checks.
Leadership and Soft Skills:

Technical Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or Science; MBA preferred.
2. Experience in international project environments.
3. 5+ years of professional experience in Information Systems.
4. Certifications such as CISSP, CCISO, or CISM; experience in threat response management.
5. Knowledge of security standards like ISO, NIST, NIS.
