The Acquisition Marketing team is responsible for delivering high potential customers to our New Business Sales partners across the European markets.Our mission is to deliver high quality and policy compliant leads, researched from various online sources and tools provided by Marketing and Sales partners.Responsibilities:Prospect high quality, policy-compliant leads for the our internal New Business Sales teamsCompany evaluation: assess company potential using provided guidelines and online toolsCompany qualification: conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisitionBe on the lookout for industry news and trends to ensure timely prospectingUnderstand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas, according to the sales team's needsResponsible for delivering a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly targetProvide weekly reporting / analysis of his/her work in a presentable formatRequirements
Language Skills: C2 level of Spanish with B2 level of English12 months of experience in digital advertising or market researchBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldAble to use spreadsheets for organizing information, performing calculations, and creating visual summariesFamiliarity with identifying business trends and understanding customer needs in small business contextsPays attention to detail in tasks and checks work for accuracyHas used CRM systems to input and update customer data and is comfortable navigating new featuresKeeps tasks organized and meets deadlines with structured guidanceCan manage diverse tasks at once when priorities are clearly definedWorks independently on well-defined tasks and asks for help when neededHas basic hands-on experience with CRM tools and understands their role in customer managementHas explored AI tools or features and is learning how to apply them in daily workEnjoys working toward shared goals and contributes to team efforts with enthusiasmShows initiative in familiar situations and maintains a constructive attitudeCan complete individual tasks while staying aligned with team expectationsUnderstands basic business goals and how their role contributes to broader objectivesCan identify strong leads based on clear guidelines and supportApplies logical thinking and judgment to prioritize contacts and support sales effortsSpecialized Skills for the Spanish Market
