We've already proven it works. Now we're looking for the person who will scale it in Spain and turn this segment into a solid, predictable growth channel. We have a proven product, strong integrations, and real traction. What we need is someone who can open the right doors, activate strategic relationships, and close meaningful deals. What you'll do Open and develop the hotel market in Spain, focusing on independent hotels, boutique hotels, hostels, and small groups. Build pipeline from scratch within our customer segment. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, and close. Deliver high-impact product demonstrations, both virtual and in person. Sell to hotel owners, general managers, and operations leaders. Represent UpMarket at key industry events (FITUR, HIP, TecnoHotel Forum, etc.). Identify trends and market opportunities in your territory to prioritize strategic accounts. Adapt and evolve our commercial playbook for the hotel segment.
