Job DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate web developer experienced with open-source frameworks and eager to work with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You should enjoy taking responsibility and sharing your expertise. If developing and growing alongside a team excites you, Cognizant Netcentric could be your home.You will be responsible for the entire delivery of projects, working closely with the project manager to exceed client expectations. Main tasks include:
Defining solution architecture and liaising with client architectsWriting and refining technical specifications and effort estimationsLeading and reviewing work of a distributed development team, providing coaching and guidanceEnsuring infrastructure and quality standards are met, coordinating with system engineers and test managersManaging releases and developing critical system componentsCreating a reliable environment for developers (IDE setup, Maven, CI/CD, Docker, SonarQube)
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with AEMLeadership experience in both technical and people management rolesExcellent communication skills for technical and business audiencesStrong Java knowledge, especially in web projectsExperience with RESTful Web Services, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Vue or React)Familiarity with build tools like Maven, version control (Git), and task management tools like JIRAProficiency in English and SpanishProactive, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement
Additional Skills:
Experience with Test Driven DevelopmentKnowledge of Java Content Repository API (Jackrabbit/CRX), OSGi, Eclipse IDE
