Role Purpose
The Data Analytics Lead is responsible for leading and managing business process design workstream activities related to all contracts within the assigned scope of LLP Europe and the Middle East Africa. This includes developing presentations and output reports to support design activities and ensuring DHL demonstrates innovation while identifying opportunities for improving current and future business processes.
Key responsibilities include developing effective plans to enhance data analytics and related workstreams, executing approved plans under the Manager's supervision, and managing the capabilities of the business analytics team through development, coaching, and training.
The Data Analytics Lead also supports the IT team with database modeling and design, as well as the development and improvement of operational reporting structures. Coordination of data modeling and reporting optimization is done in accordance with the Manager's approval, ensuring that both customer and DHL reporting requirements are met.
Main Responsibilities
- To coordinate and provide leadership to the business analytics team in order to maximize output on business process design
- Showing high multitasking ability to deal with multiple projects at the same time
- Using & Updating Data Analytics Management Tool
Support IT team very closely in terms of
- SQL Knowledge
- Database Modelling & Design
- Business Intelligence Tools such as Microsoft PowerBI
- Document Management and Storage Systems, i.e. Microsoft Sharepoint
- Automation tools, i.e. Microsoft Power Automate
Leading UAT (User Acceptance Test) processes for all Systems used within Operation
Requirement for the job
Mandatory Requirements
- University degree preferably in Engineering discipline
- Experienced in >3 different LLP contracts or similar experience
- Minimum 3 years varied experience in data analytics experiences
- Ideally at least 5 years varied experience in data analytics experiences
- Project management/coordination experience
- Supervision responsibility of contracts
- Experienced in Business Process Design & Analysis
- Experienced in Performance Management - KPI methodology
Technical Skills
- Advanced BI tools capabilities
- Good knowledge of Office Tools & Advanced level of MS Office (Excel)
- Good command in Microsoft PowerBI, Microsoft Sharepoint and Microsoft Power Automate
Clear understanding of DAX Measures, calculated columns and creating datatable relationships, is a must.
