You’ll do
multichannel outbound (phone, email, LinkedIn), qualify opportunities, and hand over SQLs to Sales – with strong enablement, coaching, and clear targets.

Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Czech/Slovak.
Identify and engage high-potential target accounts
through structured outreach across phone, email, and social (inbound + outbound).
Turn first contacts into qualified conversations
by clarifying pain points, use case, stakeholders, and decision criteria.
Own pipeline discipline in the CRM
, keeping data accurate, ensuring timely follow-ups, and continuously refining your outreach based on what works.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales
, sharing field insights and ensuring smooth, high-quality handovers.
0–2 years of first experience (internship/working student/first job) in a business environment;
Motivation to learn
outbound & inbound
(calls, email, LinkedIn) and qualify leads
~ interest in
business software / SAP
is a plus (not a must)
~ Fluent
Czech/Slovak (C2) + strong
English (C1)
