At Factorial, we're looking for a new Sales Account Executive for the Feature & Spanish Market team to help us elevate the company to the next level.

What will you do?
* Manage sales-qualified deals and develop the customer experience throughout the sales cycle for our specific functionalities.
* Enhance account development via upselling and cross-selling with existing customers.
* Identify, navigate, and support the Accounts Manager teams to find upselling opportunities and close deals.
* Create effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas.
* Negotiate high-level deals with C-Suite and VP-level executives.
* Utilize consultative selling techniques to guide prospects through the sales process.
* Collaborate daily with internal teams to provide excellent service to clients.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in closing deals.
* Possess a hunter mentality: hungry, persistent, and proactive.
* Be results-driven, motivated, and have a proven sales track record.
* Have strong negotiation skills ensuring mutual satisfaction.
* Be a good communicator, empathetic, proactive, and ownership-driven.
* Proficiency in Spanish and professional English is required. Catalan skills are a bonus.
Bonus points if you:
* Have helped build a business unit or team from scratch.
* Have experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
* Have full-cycle B2B sales experience.
