Learn more at www.stradaglobal.com ole Responsible for defining the technical and functional vision of the solution, with a strong focus on SAP HCM Italian Payroll (PY), and translating it into clear standards and procedures. Ensures the success of implementations and improvement projects, particularly in complex environments, with specific responsibility for payroll configuration, compliance, and delivery. Participates across all project phases, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, payroll configuration, testing, training, and post–go-live support. Acts as a key reference for SAP HCM Payroll, both internally and externally Responsibilities Technical Responsibilities Lead SAP HCM Italian Payroll (PY) solution design and configuration Resolve complex issues across payroll schemas, PCRs, and integrations Ensure compliance with Italian payroll regulations and legal requirements Support testing cycles, including payroll validation and reconciliation Drive performance and efficiency of payroll processes Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship Act as a subject matter expert in SAP HCM Payroll Share best practices and support team development Mentor junior consultants on payroll topics and delivery Team & Service Management Oversee delivery quality across payroll projects and support Proactively identify risks and propose solutions Coordinate workload and priorities within the team Business Impact Identify opportunities to expand payroll services Support system evolution in line with regulatory changes Contribute to successful and profitable project delivery Required Skills Strong experience in SAP HCM Italian Payroll (PY) Hands-on expertise with schemas and PCRs Solid understanding of payroll integration (TM, FI) Ability to work independently and in teams Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent English and Italian Leadership Skills Team leadership and mentoring experience Strong planning and organisational skills Proactive and solution-oriented mindset At Strada, our values guide everything we do: Anticipate Customer Needs – We stay ahead of trends so our customers can grow and succeed.
