As Marketing Leader for Spain and Italy, you drive the full paid, earned, and owned media strategy, aligning local initiatives with Tinder's global vision. You lead brand, campaigns, social, and partnerships, tailoring approaches to youth culture and Gen Z women in SE Europe. You work with cross-functional teams and external partners to elevate brand equity and deliver measurable growth.

This is a fast-moving, collaborative role at the EMEA leadership level with a strong emphasis on cultural fluency and innovation.

- Own and execute the Italy and Spain marketing strategy, in line with general guidance
- Collaborate with EMEA leadership and global marketing teams to ensure alignment
- Localize Tinder's brand narrative for youth culture and regional nuances
- Lead Tinder community and event marketing to foster user connections
- Translate data into marketing insights and business conclusions
- Coordinate communications with stakeholders in the US and Europe
- Support content creation and distribution via paid media, partnerships, or influencers
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform brand positioning

Responsabilidades
\n
- Several years of marketing project experience xugodme with at least 5 years in country leadership for a direct-to-consumer brand
- Experience across creative marketing, business growth, media, and product development
- Proven ability to grow brand strategy in pop culture and youth marketing
- Experience in a matrixed organization and leading cross-functional teams
- Native Spanish and/or Italian speaker; fluent in English
