Your Role
An Operations and Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of operations within a company, for a dedicated customer.
This position requires a blend of customer service, administrative duties, and operations skills.
What Are You Going To Do?
* Organize, operate, and invoice daily transport activities for the customer.
* Manage complaints or queries made by customers, ensuring their correct resolution in the shortest possible time to guarantee customer satisfaction.
* Act as a CEVA ambassador in front of the client, ensuring CEVA interests are respected in daily operations.
* Establish and maintain a relationship with the client, providing high standards of customer service.
* Follow quality, safety, and environmental procedures and standards, and adhere to QHSE requirements.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders as a team player within CEVA organization for this customer.
* Develop and perform other tasks entrusted by CEVA within the scope of organization and responsibility.
Qualifications:
* Medium or higher degree in Transport Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* High level of English language proficiency.
* 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles within multinational logistics and/or transportation companies.
* Proficient in Outlook and Excel.
