Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, this team offers consulting, marketing, loyalty, and analytics to financial institutions and merchants globally.The Advisors Creative Desk, within D&S, is responsible for creating engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand communication strategies and content solutions that connect our advertising partners, platforms, and our portfolio of brands.As the Creative Desk Client Solutions Director, you will identify opportunities, work closely with Business Development, Marketing Services, product, and Account teams, and support business growth. You will support the sales process by providing subject-matter expertise.Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, and present clear, strategic recommendations to deliver result-driven marketing solutions.Constantly track business and market trends to design and deliver optimal solutions.Manage P&L by tracking and acting on key KPIs such as Revenue, Margin, and Expenses.Align closely with Business Development and Client Services to ensure the best results.Support Business Development and Client Services efforts.Contribute to closing sales opportunities by presenting at client meetings and providing input to proposals.Engage with clients as needed.Represent the Creative Desk in the market, both internally and externally.Extract market needs and inspiration to drive Creative Desk delivery.Bridge global and regional strategies to adapt solutions and share knowledge across regions.Influence stakeholders to garner support and partnerships for business development.All About You:
Over 10 years of experience in marketing with a digital, data-driven background.Strong business acumen.Excellent people management and leadership skills.Growth-hacking and solution-oriented mindset.Proactive in continuous improvement.Structured, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote team.Curious and innovative behavior.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with stakeholders at various levels.Fluent in English;
additional languages are a plus.Corporate Security ResponsibilityAll activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks carry inherent risks. Employees must:
