Job Title: Retail Store Manager
Lead a team by developing and empowering each member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team. Participate in floor leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modeling exemplary behaviors, and ensuring business priorities are met along with delivering exceptional customer service. Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, and partner with leadership and key business or People partners to meet store performance goals through planning and executing operational strategies within your assigned functions. Uphold company policies and procedures, and protect all company assets, including confidential business, customer, team member, and financial information. Foster an inclusive environment by respecting differences and demonstrating curiosity about applying the company's values of inclusion and diversity daily. Be a role model for inclusive leadership behaviors and work to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all team members.
Additional Responsibilities:
Be available to work a schedule based on business needs, which may include nights, weekends, and public holidays, and reliably attend work as scheduled in line with local laws and any approved accommodations.
Be proficient in written and spoken English (sign language supported).
Have experience leading others in retail sales or a related field.
