What challenges will you be taking on?
We are looking to expand our business development team with a Business Development Executive (BDE) to continue driving this growth and further strengthen our leadership position in the financial sector.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be part of a multidisciplinary, highly talented team. Your mission will be to contribute to the growth of our activities by developing new business opportunities. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of mid-sized accounts in the financial sector, including opening new accounts.
- Maintaining and strengthening long-term business relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identifying business opportunities within assigned accounts (upselling and cross-selling).
- Preparing and following up on commercial proposals and financial offers.
- Coordinating with technical and delivery teams to ensure proper execution of contracted services.
- Negotiating commercial terms within the framework defined by the company.
- Periodic reporting on sales activity and account performance.
What do we need in our team?
For this new challenge to be yours, we would like you to have:
- Previous experience in account management or business development in technological environments.
- Basic technical knowledge to facilitate communication with IT areas.
- Negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Intermediate level of English.
Availability for occasional travel within Spain is required, depending on client and business needs.
Additionally, we will positively value your experience in:
- Technology services companies (cybersecurity, software, managed services, systems integration).
- Knowledge of the financial sector and its technological needs.
- Account management within the financial sector.
