In our team your main functions will be:
1. Support in the maintenance management of facilities, mainly climatic and electrical systems.
2. Conduct inspections of facilities to identify and fix potential problems.
3. Participate in planing and supervise all installation and repair activities.
4. Supervise expenses and control budget.
5. Updating of documentation/Plans.
6. Support in managing maintenance records and report on day-to-day activities.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
For this position, we are looking for a professional with Technical training preferably in areas related to facility maintenance and knowledge/experience in management of climatic and electrical systems of buildings, as well as Autocad knowledge and high level of English.
We will positively value knowledge of CMMS, Presto and BIM (Revit).
