Requirements
PhD and 5+ years industry clinical pharmacology
CNS ideally but not mandatory
Phase 1 experience – involvement in first‑in‑human SAD/MAD studies for small molecules
Early clinical execution – xpzdshu running Phase 1 studies and managing CROs
Cross‑functional work with regulatory exposure (FDA / EMA)
