Job Summary
As part of HP’s continued growth in Hybrid Work and Collaboration Solutions, we are expanding our Poly brand across Southern Europe. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of HP’s transformation: helping to strengthen our Poly portfolio of collaboration and audio/video solutions, building strong partnerships, and enabling our distributors to deliver exceptional value to customers.
Responsibilities
* Serve as an expert to partners for a wide range of complex information regarding HP’s offerings, promotions, and configurations.
* Develop strategic relationships with partners to grow HP’s overall business and secure long‑term opportunities.
* Work with high‑strategic partner accounts, perform risk assessment, and provide business rationale for HP’s investments.
* Create and maintain account plans to promote sales growth and expand HP’s footprint in targeted industries and customers through partner solution stacks.
* Navigate and resolve conflicts or disagreements between partners and HP to maintain positive relationships.
* Set revenue targets, monitor performance against key metrics, and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to lower‑level employees to ensure operational and strategic goals are met.
* Engage in transactional and relationship selling, directing sales professionals to achieve quotas.
* Drive the evolution of partner engagement strategies based on feedback, market changes, and performance data.
Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
* 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, channel management, or strategic alliances within the tech industry.
* Fluent in Spanish and English; proficiency in Italian is an asset.
* Willingness to travel up to 50–75% across the region.
