At Auxadi, we are looking for an Accountant Supervisor to join our International Team in our Madrid offices.

What will your responsibilities be?
* Prepare and deliver financial statements and reports in compliance with local standars.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including reconciliations and journal entries.
* Ensure compliance with both local accounting/tax standards.
* Plan deliverables and organize tasks effectively across projects.
* Support audit processes by preparing and submitting relevant documentation.
* Work with Microsoft Business Central (BC) and contribute to process improvement and automation.
Requisitos:
What do you need to be a potential Auxadi member?
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* 4-5 years of experience in a professional services firm or multinational environment.
* In-depth knowledge of local accounting/tax regulations.
* Experience in preparing financial statements and client reports.
* Familiarity with Microsoft BC (Business Central ERP) is a plus.
* Fluent English (C1 or higher) ? required.
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Client-focused mindset with a drive to deliver excellent service.
