As a critical member of the engineering team, you'll support the infrastructure for the engineering, data science, and bioinformatics teams. You'll collaborate with multiple teams in a testing environment to help shape the product. You are a world-class engineer with a no-nonsense, no-drama approach to solving complex problems. You will help guide technology decisions for development infrastructure, striking a balance between cutting-edge and proven solutions, while keeping an eye on maintainability, scalability, cost, and innovation.
Spain (remote)
Manage the AWS infrastructure
Collaborate with multiple teams (create repositories, Jenkins scripts...etc.)
Monitor servers
Keep up to date with hardware and software inventory
Monitor overall security (information, servers, users, among others)
Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, RDS) and application containerization
Skilled in designing, deploying, and orchestrating container-based solutions
Proficient in Python and GraphQL; experienced with PostgreSQL databases
Automated cloud deployments using tools like Ansible and Jenkins (CI/CD)
Designed scalable, maintainable systems with a focus on reliability and performance
Applied DevOps best practices, including test-driven development and continuous integration
Solid understanding of secure DevOps practices and always-on infrastructure
