As part of the Local Finance team, you will work directly with the Local Managing Director and all departments, overseeing all accounting and financial activities in the Spain OlyBet Business Entities and supporting Ceuta’s office management.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with local legislation and Group policies, and timely closings.
* Managing tax and audit processes, including preparing and submitting statutory reports in accordance with Spanish and Ceuta regulations, coordinating with external auditors.
* Leading the local finance department, fostering collaboration, and improving financial procedures and internal controls.
* Acting as a key contact for finance-related inquiries from Management and Group Finance, and assisting with additional tasks as needed.
* Overseeing administrative support, including Ceuta office management, business travel coordination, and collaboration with the local HR Manager on HR initiatives.
Qualifications include:
* A degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
* At least 3+ years of relevant experience in finance.
* Knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards, IFRS, and Spain/Ceuta Tax legislation.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
* Experience with Navision accounting software is a plus.
