We are seeking a dynamic "Cybersecurity Professional" to join our Cybersecurity Support Team within the SI B SW Cybersecurity Unit. As part of our ongoing efforts to secure the global building technology infrastructure, we will support your growth into this role within our diverse global team. Your Role:
As a Cybersecurity Professional, you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing, coordinating, aligning, and enforcing cybersecurity governance, implementation, and guidance.
* Advising business owners on cybersecurity risk management, asset protection, vulnerability management, and product & solution security.
* Representing the organization's cybersecurity topics internally and externally, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, standards, and regulations in alignment with the Cybersecurity Manager.
You will be part of the Software Tech Unit Cybersecurity team, contributing to our cybersecurity program's success.
Your Experience and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master's preferred).
* Professional certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or comparable are a strong plus.
* At least 3-5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity within a cloud technology environment.
* Strong knowledge in cybersecurity domains including Risk Management, Asset Protection, Secure Cloud Architecture & Design, Vulnerability Management, and Operations Security.
* Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks like ISO/IEC 270xx series.
* Expertise in Identity and Access Management (Authentication, Authorization) with OAuth2.0 and OpenID Connect is highly desired.
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving and coordination skills.
* Collaborative, proactive, and well-structured, capable of completing tasks independently and promptly.
* Fluent in English with excellent communication skills to discuss complex topics with various stakeholders. Proficiency in German is a plus.
