About the Role
We’re hiring a Demand Generation Strategist (Pod Lead) to manage strategy, execution, and client outcomes for a portfolio of 4–6 B2B SaaS companies in mid-market and enterprise segments.
You’ll lead a delivery pod including:
* A DG Analyst or Manager (channel execution + reporting)
* A Designer (landing pages, creative assets)
* A fractional Marketing Ops resource (HubSpot, attribution, reporting setup)
As the Pod Lead, you’ll guide client strategy, lead calls, interpret data stories, manage relationships, oversee deliverables, and coordinate your team to meet KPIs like SQLs and pipeline. You’ll report to the DG Team Lead, who supports account management, delivery standards, coaching, and strategic QA.
This role offers high autonomy and ownership—ideal for someone ready to manage client strategy and lead a cross-functional team in a fast-paced agency environment.
Candidate Profile
* 4–6+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience
* Experience managing client relationships and strategy end-to-end
* Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and lifecycle emails
* Data storytelling skills for reporting to C-level stakeholders
* Experience coordinating across design, operations, and analytics teams
* Excellent client-facing communication skills
* Exposure to ABM and account segmentation is a plus

* A shared Marketing Ops support (HubSpot, lead routing)
