We offer Base salary of €22,000 gross/year + up to €3,000 gross/year in bonus Private medical insurance Full-time 39h/week Spanish contract: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 Fully paid training for the company and the products you will be working on A modern, centrally placed office in Barcelona
Qualifications You are bilingual or proficient in Italian plus Spanish, and fluent in English. You have extensive customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of exceeding targets. You have experience leading and mentoring teams, and a passion for helping others grow. You are professional, organised, and able to manage both your own performance and the team’s. You are skilled in tracking KPIs, analysing performance, and driving continuous improvement. You have resilience, a competitive mindset, and a genuine desire to see your team succeed.
