LawyerCUATRECASAS is looking for a lawyer with 3‑4 years of experience in Public Law, especially in the urban planning sector, to join our office in Malaga. He/she will be an active member of the team and will collaborate in all types of advisory matters in this area: provision of advice, preparation of reports, intervention in administrative and contentious‑administrative proceedings, and participation in due diligence processes and acquisition of companies, with implications or application of public law and regulation of economic activities, mainly in the field of urban planning. The person to be incorporated will develop his/her work in coordination with other associates of his/her specialty and lawyers of other branches of law and will report directly to the partner responsible for each subject.Minimum Requirements- From 4 to 6 years’ experience in commercial law focused on corporate/real estate practice- Passion for and commitment to the practice of law- Good academic record- Advanced English, minimum C1 level- Other languages will be valued- Good academic background- Previous experience of 3 to 4 years in public law, especially in the urban planning sector.- High level of English, at least Advanced.- International profile in constant evolution and learning, able to work in a flexible, collaborative, 3.0 and multidisciplinary environment.- Professional capable of generating and sharing new knowledge, demonstrating sensitivity to business needs and in search of new opportunities.Competencies and Skills- International profile in constant evolution and learning, able to work in a flexible, collaborative, 3.0 and multidisciplinary environment.- Professional capable of generating and sharing new knowledge, showing sensitivity to business needs and in continuous search for efficiency and excellence.
