Your role
As Security Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel facilities. You will oversee all security operations, lead the security team, and ensure that the highest safety standards and protocols are maintained across the property. You will play a key role in creating a secure and welcoming environment while supporting the overall guest experience.
What you will do:
Oversee daily security operations across the property
Lead, train, and supervise the security team
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and emergency procedures
Monitor and respond to incidents, risks, and security concerns
Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments
Coordinate with external authorities and emergency services when required
Develop and implement security protocols and preventive measuresl
Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
Support departments in maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff
Who we’re looking for:
Experienced security professional with leadership skills
Strong understanding of safety and security operations
Calm, professional, and solution-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage emergency situations
Strong organizational and team management skills
Guest-oriented approach with high attention to detail
Requirements:
Previous experience as Security Manager or similar role
Knowledge of security procedures, risk management, and emergency protocols
Leadership and team coordination experience
Background in hospitality or luxury environments is a plus
Fluent English and Spanish
Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
