Manager, Sales Operations (Remote)Full time, United States, Spain, Poland, UK, Netherlands

This position is accountable for assisting and driving global sales activities and managing complex sales cycles. This involves liaising with legal, sales, fulfillment and marketing teams in order to target profitable new engagements, initiate retentions, develop proposal content and marketing material, and lead contract agreement process.

ResponsibilitiesLead global sales strategies. This includes driving strategic sales planning and project management initiativesSupport complex sales cycles including targeting, qualifying, bidding, and contracting with clientsAssist the Sales Leadership team to develop and cultivate client relationships and communication channelsManage contract process from initiation to signageCreate sales and marketing contentStreamline Request for Proposal (RFP) process. This includes coordinating RFPs from initiation to submission to client

QualificationsPrior sales support or business development experiencePrevious experience with Salesforce.com or other CRMDemonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships and interact effectively with key stakeholders and people at all levels of organizationDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and timelinessHigh proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint requiredExcellent organizational and communication skills in English

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Manager Business Development is between $76,000 and $87,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
