We are looking for a lawyer specialized in Corporate and Commercial Law with a high level of English. Responsibilities : Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial law matters. Participate in corporate transactions (M&A), including due diligence, drafting, and negotiation of contracts. Manage corporate operations such as company incorporations, capital increases, restructurings, among others. Draft, review, and negotiate national and international commercial contracts. Provide ongoing legal support to clients in the development of their business activities. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on complex transactions. Act as a direct point of contact for both national and international clients. Monitor applicable regulations and advise on legal compliance matters. Profile Required : Law degree. A Master's degree for admission to the Bar is a plus. Previous experience in corporate/commercial law (experience in a law firm is highly valued). High level of English (minimum C1), essential for the role. Strong knowledge of corporate law and commercial contracts. Experience or interest in corporate transactions (M&A). Proactive profile with strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in dynamic and international environments.
