Associate Indirect Sales Manager – EMEA
You will play a key role in managing and developing relationships with channel partners in the EMEA region, enabling them to maximize success with BMC solutions. The position requires a German C1/C2 business‑level proficiency and a strong focus on channel partner growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and develop relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Assist in executing sales strategies and partner enablement programs that align with BMC’s business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners have the necessary tools, resources, and support to achieve their goals.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve success.
- Contribute to partner onboarding, training, and development initiatives to strengthen the BMC ecosystem.
- Leverage AI‑driven sales engagement to create modern, customized, and innovative partner interactions.
- Continuously learn and adapt, staying ahead in the evolving IT landscape.
Desired Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in Solution Architect, Presales, or Consultant roles within the technology or software industry.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to engage and support partners effectively.
- Passion for sales.
- Strong technical foundation in orchestration, workflow automation, AI, cloud, integration, or data.
- Proactive problem‑solving with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Results‑driven mindset and data‑analysis skills to drive strategic decisions.
- Adaptable and eager to learn, thriving in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Clear and confident communication, showcasing value and impact while working collaboratively with teams and partners.
- German (C1/C2) business professional level is required.
- English language – business fluent level.
