Role Overview: As a School Director, you oversee all campus operations and staff, ensuring students have a safe, enjoyable, and high-quality experience abroad. You will lead the Málaga Campus team, managing daily operations, staff development, and student welfare, while maintaining EF’s standards of excellence. The role involves budget and facility oversight, collaboration with global sales offices, and partnerships with external suppliers. The School Director reports to the Regional Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities: Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to EF policies, Spanish accreditation standards, and other criteria. Leadership: Act as an inspirational leader, empowering staff and ensuring professional development. Performance Management: Set goals and KPIs, monitor progress, and drive results through team engagement. Financial & Operational Management: Manage budgets, analyze costs, and grow revenue and services. Safeguarding & Welfare: Ensure health, safety, and duty of care for students and staff. Customer Service: Deliver excellent service, meet feedback targets, and resolve issues promptly. Accommodation & Facilities: Oversee residential and homestay capacities and maintain facilities. Supplier & Partner Relations: Negotiate with suppliers and collaborate externally. Sales & Revenue Growth: Support sales objectives and maximize in-school sales. Flexibility & Additional Duties: Be available during peak times and share emergency phone duties.
