Your role
As a Regional Rewards Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our compensation and benefits strategies across Italy, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Turkey, Malta, and Luxembourg. You will design and implement competitive benefits plans that align with global guidelines, ensuring effective rollout across all designated countries. Your expertise will be vital in managing key Compensation and Benefits initiatives, collaborating closely with HR teams to enhance our ability to attract and engage top talent. You will conduct comprehensive market benchmarking to ensure our offerings remain competitive while maintaining cost efficiency. By leveraging advanced data analytics and tools like Excel and Power BI, you will provide actionable insights that guide strategic decisions. You will also engage with stakeholders to communicate C&B initiatives and drive innovation through special projects. Your contributions will directly impact employee satisfaction and engagement, fostering a rewarding work environment. Responsibilities
* Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits plans across multiple countries, aligned with global guidelines.
* Manage Compensation and Benefits initiatives in collaboration with HR teams to attract and engage top talent.
* Conduct market benchmarking to maintain competitive offerings while controlling costs.
* Leverage data analytics and tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, AI tools) to provide actionable insights for decision making.
* Engage with stakeholders to communicate C&B initiatives and drive innovation through special projects.
* Contribute to a cohesive rewards framework aligned with organizational goals and employee engagement.
Who You Are
* Advanced degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline; MBA or equivalent credentials are a plus.
* Minimum 6 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in Compensation and Benefits.
* Strong analytical and diagnostic problem-solving skills; proficient in Excel with experience in Power BI and AI tools.
* Excellent planning and influencing capabilities with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven expertise in C&B practices and understanding of compensation budgets and funding.
* Proactive problem-solver with ownership and accountability in managing rewards topics.
* Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are highly regarded.
* Consulting background is preferred; strong collaboration within teams.
