Business Developer Innovations – South Europe
Join Globachem as a Business Developer Innovations focusing on Southern Europe.
Responsibilities
* Commercialize Globachem’s innovative crop protection products across South‑European countries.
* Provide market insights, map competition and analyze competing products.
* Build a strong technical basis and translate technical knowledge into compelling use recommendations.
* Lead pre‑launch initiatives and support distributors for successful product introductions through demo trials, technical training and presentations.
* Maintain a solid network of distributors, CROs, advisors, and industry influencers in at least Spain and Italy; build similar networks in other South‑European countries.
* Coordinate annual trial plans to meet regulatory, crop safety, compatibility and sales requirements.
* Represent Globachem at local congresses and symposiums.
* Select distribution partners and set pricing collaboratively with the sales manager.
* Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing and cross‑functional teams (R&D, Product Development, Regulatory, Supply Chain).
* Report to the Business Development Manager at headquarters in Belgium.
Qualifications
* Degree in Agronomy, Bio‑engineering or related field.
* At least 7 years of commercial experience in crop protection, including new product launches.
* Fluency in Spanish or Italian (native level) and English; other languages a plus.
* Based in Spain or Italy with flexibility to travel frequently to other South‑European countries or Belgium.
* Strong communicator and excellent negotiation skills.
* Strategic and commercial approach to project management.
* Hands‑on self‑starter driven by innovation and a team‑player with a growth mindset.
