We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Business Development division and help us improve people's lives. As a member of the Sacyr Concesiones development team, the Assistant Project Manager – Project Development ("APM") will assist with the P3 bidding process from a developer/equity investor perspective on social and transportation projects across various regions.

Duties and Responsibilities :

* Coordinate and manage the entire P3 bidding process from start to finish from a developer/equity investor perspective.
* Negotiate equity teaming and project bidding agreements.
* Manage engagement with developer and lender advisors.
* Prepare RFQ submissions.
* Develop and implement project-specific bid management plans.
* Create and monitor project schedules, tracking milestones and deliverables.
* Coordinate bid deliverables with project management teams across finance, design, construction, operations, and rehabilitation.
* Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with the legal team for agreements such as the DBFM and Design-Build contracts.
* Coordinate with finance to secure project funding and manage lender processes.
* Develop project costing in collaboration with finance, legal, construction, and operations teams.
* Build and maintain relationships with key partners, advisors, and clients.
* Prepare reports on bid progress, project descriptions, market assessments, and activities.
* Support other development activities and collaborate with finance, legal, and technical groups.
* Travel as needed for meetings and project sites.

Requirements and Competencies :

* Bachelor's degree in civil or industrial engineering.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction industry production.
* Proficiency in Spanish and English.
* Quick learner with flexibility, attention to detail, and adaptability.
* Self-starter capable of working independently and within a team.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
* Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
* Understanding of P3 contractual frameworks.
* Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Experience with P3 deals is a plus.
