Who we are looking for
Fully independent agent (self-employed / autónomo)
Strong focus on new developments and off-plan projects
Interest in international & overseas real estate, including:
Dubai
Punta Cana
Ability to generate own listings and buyer clients
Entrepreneurial mindset with full accountability
Comfortable with a commission-only model
Positive, professional, and collaborative attitude
English required (additional languages are a strong plus)
