Candidate Profile
* Fully independent agent (self‑employed / autónomo)
* Strong focus on new developments and off‑plan projects
* Interest in international & overseas real estate, including:
o Dubai
o Punta Cana
* Ability to generate own listings and buyer clients
* Entrepreneurial mindset with full accountability
* Comfortable with a commission‑only model
* Positive, professional, and collaborative attitude
* English required (additional languages are a strong plus)
