You will report to the Business Development Director and work closely with Derma sales teams, orchestrating collaboration among various departments to ensure successful project execution.Responsibilities:
Business Process Improvement:
Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes, improve efficiencies in delivering commercial projects, and contribute personally and with the team to enhance existing processes. Write playbooks or procedures as needed.Cross-functional Project Management:
Lead and coordinate projects across business units, ensuring smooth collaboration and clear communication among sales, legal, finance, operations, and marketing teams. Lead the market protection project.Commercial Project Management:
Incorporate commercial strategies into project planning. Oversee the collection of commercial conditions, draft retro planning, and propose a consistent commercial roadmap. Support business transformation initiatives.Community Engagement:
Set up and animate specific "Derma Business Practices" communities, such as "Best Of Business".Profil:
Good understanding of commercial strategies, ideally gained in the dermo-cosmetic industry or through sales experience in the pharmacy sector.Effective communication skills across departments to align objectives and drive success.At least 5 years of experience in commercial project management or related roles (sales, business coordination).Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field;
