JUNIOR QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST

Neuraxpharm is looking for an Junior Quality Assurance Specialist based in Sant Joan Despí, Barcelona
(1 year contract)
Your mission:
Quality assurance Specialist is focused on providing confidence that quality requirements are fulfilled. The mission is to provide an effective and efficient quality assurance system that ensures the compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice as a part of Quality Management which ensures that products are consistently produced and controlled to the quality standards appropriate to their intended use and as required by the Marketing Authorization and product specification.
Your major accountabilities:
1. Write, execute or review qualifications (equipment, utilities and facilities) and validations (process, cleaning, IT and utilities).
2. Prepare and execute GMP trainings.
3. Compliance (internal procedures vs filed documentation).
4. Write and monitor CAPAs, deviations and change controls.
5. Write and review Product Quality Review reports.
6. Execute internal and external audits.
7. Write, execute or review validation activities related to storage and distribution.
8. Attend the requests related to marketed products regarding quality, administration and storage.
9. Participate on the assigned projects.
10. Participate in the management of suppliers and services.
11. Support in the maintenance and monitoring of the quality system.
We would like you to have:
12. Minimum experience of 2 years in a Quality Assurance Department.
13. University Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
14. Key Capabilities: Analytical mindset, Communication, Problem Solving and Quality Orientation.
15. Expert in GMP and Quality Management System
16. Knowledge of: Office, SAP, LIMS, Veeva
17. Availability to travel, occasionally to attend courses and conduct audits
18. Open mentality to new projects and changes, and commitment with the continuous improvement and promotion of the quality standards stablished in the company
19. Language: English is a must
