Your daily challenge is supporting our Sales Managers being responsible for the sales back-office processes until our fruits & vegetables reach our clients.

Your proactivity and communication skills are asked to assure a timely correct order management on an operative level:
* You will be responsible for the whole sales administration to serve correctly our clients
* You will oversee and assure order changes, client notifications, logistics, claims as well as follow up the orders
* You will handle any kind of incidents regarding the sales process – so changes and incidents won’t make you lose your temper!
* During the whole process you are also responsible for the data management in our system as well as the invoice management
* You will participate in the On-Call System

Requirements:
* Studies in Economics, International Business, Vocational Business Training or similar
* Language skills are as important as communication skills: you are fluent in Spanish and you have good level of English.
* Experience in commercial administration in a similar position
* Experience in the Fruit & Vegetable sector is a plus
* Excellent handling of Outlook and MS
* Knowledge in AX o SAP are a plus
