Commercial Project & Change Manager, Hospitality
The Commercial Project and Change Manager will drive end-to-end projects and lead change management key initiatives within the Commercial Organization within Hospitality Business Unit acting as a strategic enabler of operational efficiency, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee key projects within Commercial, ensuring comprehensive coverage across the Hospitality Organization.
- Change Management: Support change management for key Commercial projects, keeping Sales Enablement informed and involved throughout implementation.
- End-to-end coordination: Coordinate integration of projects across Operations and Finance. Work with teams from different functions to set priorities and carry out project plans. Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across all project stages.
About the Adecuado Candidate
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. Master’s Degree in MBA, Organizational Change, Data Analytics, or Process Engineering is valued.
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci Change Management, or Process Mining (such as Celonis, ARIS) are appreciated.
- Experience in cross-functional process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, process mining, or similar methodologies, with background in change management and stakeholder engagement, including facilitation of workshops and Kaizen ceremonies.
- Knowledge of the Hospitality ecosystem, customer lifecycle, product integration, and operational differences across enterprise and mid-market hotel segments is valued. Familiarity with selling processes, reducing non-selling time, harmonizing tools, and supporting solution-based selling across Lead to Order stages.
- Additional Skills
- Proficiency with process mining tools (such as Celonis), Salesforce and Conga (Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)), and familiarity with Zuora are appreciated.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is needed; Spanish and French are valued.
