At La Salle Campus Barcelona, a global leader in Engineering, Arts & Technology, Business, Architecture, and Humanities, we are looking for a strategic, relationship-driven professional to lead our international business development efforts for undergraduate programs.
You will join our Marketing & Business Strategy Department, playing a key role in expanding our presence in international and national markets through partnerships, outreach, and personalized student engagement.
Main Responsibilities
Analyze international markets to identify new student recruitment opportunities
Plan and execute promotional campaigns and represent La Salle at national and international education fairs and orientation events
Build and maintain relationships with schools, institutions, and funding bodies that support student scholarships and financing
Provide academic advice and personalized follow-up to prospective students, from first inquiry to the first tuition payment.
Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare reports to inform strategy
Propose improvements in admissions and commercial follow-up processes to optimize conversion and streamline workflows
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or business development in the education sector
Educational background in Marketing, Education, Psychology, Business, Sociology, or a related field
Experience with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce) and data analysis tools (such as Power BI).
English proficiency
Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
Strategic mindset with intercultural sensitivity
Willingness to travel internationally
