Your mission will be: Shift work in the Packaging Plant to ensure control over people and processes.
Responsibilities:
* Organize, manage, and train the solid packaging personnel on your shift.
* Supervise and directly control the work of personnel on your shift.
* Record personnel movements (important for productivity calculations and payroll management).
* Ensure the operational efficiency of the plant's facilities and equipment.
* Supervise KPIs (OEE, Productivity, overweight, breakage, etc.).
* Ensure the general order and cleanliness of the plant's facilities and equipment.
* Ensure the safety of people and facilities.
* Ensure the quality of the final product and verify certain Quality controls.
* Immediate management of breakdowns. Coordination with Maintenance.
* Maintain a global vision of the process and interdepartmental relationships.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS:
Minimum Requirements:
* Education: Technical Industrial Engineering or Industrial Organization Engineering (equivalents will also be considered).
* Leadership and people management skills.
* Good social and communication skills. Proactivity and initiative.
* Analytical skills.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions, including team management experience.
