Role Overview
The Service Dispatcher plays a key role in ensuring the timely and efficient execution of maintenance and repair activities within the Service Team in Iberia. Acting as the operational link between service requests and field execution, the Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and tracking work orders, ensuring adherence to timelines and service levels. By maintaining oversight on ticket progress, anticipating delays, and expediting critical cases, the Dispatcher helps ensure service continuity and customer satisfaction.
Additionally, the Dispatcher manages stock control, ensuring spare parts are available and maintained at required levels.

Responsibilities and Objectives
* Dispatch maintenance and repair orders: Allocate orders efficiently to appropriate teams and ensure prompt initiation.
* Monitor Service Tickets: Conduct daily reviews, identify delays, and resolve issues.
* Manage Pending Service Orders: Review status regularly and address delays.
* Track ETA and SLA compliance: Monitor orders, update stakeholders on changes or delays.
* Stock Control and Inventory Management: Ensure availability of spare parts, perform inventory checks, and take corrective actions.
* Expedite Orders at Risk: Identify and expedite orders that may miss SLA.
* Documentation: Record dispatch activities and actions taken accurately.
* Problem Solving: Address operational issues promptly.
* Continuous Improvement: Review and suggest process improvements.
* Teamwork: Collaborate effectively within the team.
* Partner Management: Coordinate with third-party providers, conduct training, and audits.
Minimum Requirements
* 2+ years experience in dispatching or operations, preferably within maintenance and incident service environments.
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or operations management is a plus.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Ability to coordinate technical personnel.
* Experience in inventory management and stock control.
* Experience with electronic equipment maintenance roles.
* Proficiency in dispatching software, order management systems, and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent situations calmly.
* Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
* Preferably based in Madrid.
