Senior Deskside Engineer

Role
Identify and resolve various IT issues within the established time and quality (connectivity, application errors, operating system failures, etc.).
Configure and prepare video conference rooms.
Organise and inventory the warehouse.
Install Microsoft Operating Systems and image devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, PDAs).
Install software and run scripts.
Replace components (hard drives, processors, etc.) in different types of devices.
Perform other IT‐related tasks following Computacenter's directives.
Document work and constantly communicate with on‐site or remote teams.
Maintain mobility to provide services at different sites.

At least 4 years of experience as a Deskside Engineer in a Microsoft environment
Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Computer Science
Driving licence required

Fully presential
Monday to Friday coverage with potential on‐call or weekend interventions
Rotating shifts (8 h to 17 h or 9 h to 18 h)
Pluxee card (Sodexo) €180 /month (11 months/year: €1 980/year) after 3 months and private health insurance after 6 months
