Front Office Manager
An educational institution based in Alcobendas.
Responsibilities
- Call handling and screening
- Overseeing daily front desk operations
- Welcoming and assisting visitors
- Managing mail and courier services
- Organizing and coordinating meeting room and other facility bookings
- Carrying out administrative tasks related to the center's daily operations
- Ensuring the proper condition of the facilities and reporting any incidents
- Supporting the organization of events and activities within the center
Additional Details
- Immediate start
- Permanent full-time contract
- Working hours: 09:00-18:00 with a 1-hour lunch break
- Intensive working hours from 09:00-15:00 during non-teaching periods (summer, Christmas, and Easter)
- Holidays in accordance with the Private Education Collective Agreement
- Salary: €25,000-€30,000 gross per year
