Tasks
We are looking for a
Business Reporting & Analytics Specialist
to join our team on a temporary basis (6 months, with possible extension) to support
business reporting, data analysis and performance monitoring
for our Car and Motorcycle products in Spain.
This role has a strong
analytical and operational focus, combining data management, reporting automation and cross-functional support, working closely with
Sales, Finance, Marketing, IT and Dealer Network teams .
It is a
non-creative, non-campaign execution role, with emphasis on data accuracy, insights and decision support.
Your main responsibilities
Business Reporting & Performance Analysis
Build, maintain and automate reporting tools using an
Excel-first approach, with Power BI support where applicable.
Prepare
weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports
by dealer, product, model and company level (penetration, volume, portfolio, campaigns and controlling KPIs).
Ensure
data quality, consistency, reconciliations and traceability
across all reports and databases.
Deliver timely and reliable
management KPIs
to support steering and decision-making.
Create
ad hoc analyses and reports
to answer specific business questions from management and internal stakeholders.
Data Management & Systems Support
Maintain and update
finance schemes, sales conditions, incentives, dealer data and product information
in internal systems.
Provide system support for
web finance calculators, ensuring correct configuration, accuracy and timely updates.
Support dealer onboarding and offboarding processes from a
systems and data perspective, ensuring correct data setup and permissions.
Act as a key contact for
data-related incidents, checks and corrections
across systems.
Residual Value & Portfolio Monitoring
Conduct
residual value (RV) and portfolio analysis
using internal tools and external market data (e.g. DAT).
Support pricing logic, portfolio steering and campaign evaluations through analytical insights.
Monitor trends, deviations and risks, highlighting findings and proposed actions.
Cross-Functional Support & Governance
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance and IT to ensure
alignment between data, reporting and business activities .
Support governance processes related to reporting, product control and campaign monitoring.
Contribute to the update of
procedures, documentation and standard operating practices .
Participate in internal improvement, digitalization and change projects related to reporting and data management.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
A proactive and resilient professional with strong analytical and organizational skills.
At least
3 years of experience
in a consumer credit finance company or captive environment.
Advanced proficiency in
Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint .
Strong data storytelling and reporting capabilities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and levels. xpzdshu

Native Spanish and advanced English
(German is a plus).
