We're looking for a passionate and creative filmmaker to lead animation and storyboard projects using AI-generated motion animations for advertising. The ideal candidate combines artistic direction skills and filming experience to create innovative and effective advertising pieces from initial concept to final delivery.
Job Description:
This role oversees the workflow of animation and storyboard creation using AI, ensuring quality objectives and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Manage and coordinate animation projects from storyboard conceptualization to delivery.
* Collaboration: Work with creative teams, including scriptwriters, animators, and AI specialists, to develop ad concepts that resonate with client needs.
* Storyboard Creation: Supervise the creation and optimization of storyboards using AI tools and animation techniques.
* Quality Control: Ensure high visual and narrative quality, aligned with advertising objectives.
* Resource Allocation: Develop work schedules and manage resources to ensure timely delivery.
* Feedback and Review: Review and provide feedback on the animation team's work, ensuring consistency with brand and client standards.
* Client Communication: Maintain fluid communication with clients to align project expectations and objectives at every stage.
* Research and Development: Research and propose new AI-based tools and technologies for animation and storyboard creation and optimization.
Requirements:
* Experience: Over 3 years of experience in direction, audiovisual project management, or advertising animation.
* Creative Project Management: Proven experience in creative project management with the ability to coordinate interdisciplinary teams.
* Digital Animation Tools: Familiarity with digital animation tools (After Effects, Toon Boom, Blender, etc.) and AI software for animation and design.
* AI Tools: Experience with AI tools for visual creation and content generation, such as DALL-E, Midjourney, or similar.
* Storyboard Creation: Experience in creating storyboards for advertisements.
* Communication and Leadership: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate teams and manage client expectations.
* Creativity and Artistic Vision: Creativity and artistic vision to conceptualize effective advertising narratives.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure in fast-paced environments.
