Italian speaking key account manager (mura)

Overview

TBO is a global platform that aims to simplify all buying and selling travel needs of travel partners across the world. The proprietary technology platform simplifies the demands of the complex world of general travel by seamlessly connecting the highly distributed travel buyers and travel suppliers at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard, train, and build confidence with new partners on the TBO platform.
  • Maintain existing business, develop strong commercial and personal relationships between partners at all levels, and negotiate commercial and financial conditions.
  • Win new business opportunities and help the team achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular site visits (minimum four days a week) to support agents on site and online, deliver trainings and webinars, and introduce new products to increase sales.
  • Follow up daily on client and team preferences using BI tools to drive better results.
  • Coordinate with the support department to solve problems promptly.

Qualifications

  • Previous background in the travel industry with a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Extensive network of partnerships with travel agents in the country.
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to understand data and use BI tools.
  • Strong experience in business‑to‑business negotiations and sales management.
  • Proven experience developing new and existing sales in the region, preferably with an online travel platform, B2B sales company, or SaaS company in the travel space.
  • Strong sales skills and a proven track record in the local travel industry.
  • Complete fluency in both English and Spanish.
