About The Job
As the Strategy and Digital Sales Director, you will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance our market presence. You will lead a team of talented sales professionals and collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Your responsibilities include :
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
* Lead and mentor the digital sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
* Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments for cohesive strategies.
* Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
You will report to the Vice President of Global Sales. The position is flexible in location, with regular travel expected.
Your Profile
We seek a senior leader with extensive experience in strategic and sales leadership, preferably in digital sales. You should have strong business acumen, a proven track record of leading teams, and proficiency in digital sales tools and platforms. Knowledge of the metal cutting industry is advantageous. A university degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is essential.
Soft skills are equally important : you’re structured, analytical, highly collaborative, energetic, independent, and have a sense of urgency. Curious and open to new ideas, you’re not afraid to challenge the status quo. You know how to prioritize, execute, and inspire your team.
