The Impact You'll Make

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead strategic sales and manage major customers across the Central Region of Spain. You will drive growth for our Hydronics portfolio, develop strong customer relationships, and strengthen Danfoss’ position in energy‑efficient building and district energy solutions.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts in Madrid and Central Spain.
* Build long‑term relationships with engineering firms, installers, distributors, ESCOs, and district energy operators.
* Identify business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure accurate forecasting.
* Lead commercial negotiations and secure framework agreements with strategic accounts.
* Use CRM tools (Salesforce/SAP) to manage accounts and support data‑driven decisions.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, Customer Service) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
* Provide market insights, track competitor activity, and support commercial planning.


What We're Looking For

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or similar.
* Proven experience in Key Account Management or B2B technical sales (HVAC, Hydronics, Energy, Building Services preferred).
* Strong negotiation skills and ability to articulate technical value propositions.
* Proficiency with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
* Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
