As Luggage Porter, you will be responsible for the following duties: Handle luggage storage and retrieval, ensuring accurate tagging and adherence to security standards. Monitor the hotel entrance and luggage areas, ensuring they remain clear and safe. Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the lobby and entrance areas. Maintain the presentation of the front of house area to ensure a luxury experience from arrival to departure. Assist with transportation arrangements, including taxis, airport transfers and valet services. Collaborate with the Concierge team to facilitate guest services efficiently.
