Your mission
Build a predictable inbound growth engine that drives a continuous flow of qualified leads and scale Review Collect from €500K ARR → €10M ARR.
You'll have total freedom to create, test, and scale.
Responsibilities
* Elevate our storytelling across website, campaigns, videos, and decks
* Manage and scale multi-channel campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
* Continuously test angles, creatives, audiences, and funnels
* Develop a SEO + content strategy to massively grow organic traffic
* Produce case studies, guides, videos, and high-value content
* Work closely with the founders to create a global demand engine
* Automation, SQL, and growth stack are fully managed internally → your focus is marketing, scale, and ROI
Qualifications
* 5+ years in Growth Marketing within a SaaS B2B environment
* Turning a SaaS product into a best-selling online success
* Strong expertise in copywriting, positioning, packaging, and conversion
* Skilled at creating high-performing ad creatives and marketing assets
* Fluent English mandatory
* Performance-obsessed → CAC, ROAS, MRR, ARR are your playground
* Creative + analytical → you find the right angles and test them fast
