As a Functional Consultant, you will be the trusted expert for our customers responsible for analyzing clients business needs, implementation, and collaboration with other involved team members.

**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience with MS Business Central
- Proven track record of successful Business Central implementations
- Experience in data migration
- Highly organized and able to work independently without detailed guidance
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Pre-sales experience
- Experience in international B2B negotiations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a technical team
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms
**Nice to have**:
- Experience with other ERP systems
- MS Dynamics certifications
- Knowledge and experience in promoting Business Central solutions
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze customer business processes and offer an optimal solution using D365 Business Central
- Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Develop and support project documentation including the requirements for solution customization
- Collaborate with developers to implement requirements and resolve issues
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective use of the system
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients post-implementation
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and objectives
- Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the pre-sale process
- Undertake presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, and assist with the closure of new sales
